Recipe for Beer in the Style of Erdinger Wheat Beer

Erdinger make a great range of beautiful wheat beers. My favorite being their Dunkelweisen. This one is an attempt to clone Erdinger's regular wheat beer using a simple kit and kilo recipe and the results are very good.

Ingredients

1 Can Thomas Cooper Wheat Beer

1Kg Ultra Blend Brew Booster

12g Hellertau finishing hops

Use the wheat beer yeast under the lid or any other brand of wheat beer yeast.

Method

Simply mix this lot up but make sure the finishing hops is steeped for a full 15 minutes. Ferment in the temperature range of 18 to 22 degrees C and this should come out at around 5.3% alcohol.
