Wheat Beer Recipe in the style of Erdinger Wheat Beer

Erdinger make some lovely German beers and I'd say my favourite is the dunkel weissen. Getting an exact clone of Erdinger wheat beer is difficult using just a kit and kilo recipe. But this recipe is pretty good and as close as I have found so far.

Ingredients

1 can Thomas Coopers Wheat beer.

1Kg Ultra blend brew booster or 'ultra brew'

12g Hellertau finishing hops.

Wheat beer yeast (the one under the can lid works fine).

Method

Mix as per usual.

This one can be fermented at a higher temperature as the wheat beer yeast can take up to about 30 degrees. Should come out at about 5.3% alcohol
