Recipe for Home Brewed Beer in the Style of Tooheys New Lager

Anyone living in NSW will be practically living off this beer and a good drop it is as commercial beers go as long as it is served very, very cold.

But a home brewed beer in the style of Tooheys New tastes even better and here is a recipe I find makes a pretty good clone without really needing to do much to it at all.

Ingredients

1 Can Morgans Australian Lager

1 Kg brew booster.

Method

Simply mix her up and away you go.

Starting gravity: 1039

Finishing gravity: 1009
