Morgans Chairman's Selection Cerveza

This isn't so much a recipe as a review of the basic home brew kit Morgan's put out called their Chairman's Selection Cerveza. The review is based on brewing this as a standard kit using Ultra Brew or Brew Booster as the sugar.

Review

I found this Cerveza to be superb. great flavour and good depth of character such that is doesn't need a slice of lemon or lime to improve it. In fact I would go as far as to say it has an almost hefeweizen taste.

But it is another one where you have to be very patient. If you try it after only a few weeks, you will find it has quite a strong, sour taste. If you wait 4 months or more before drinking it (bottle conditioning), you will be rewarded with a very smooth, wonderful tasting Cerveza.
